Service Description

At Tri Therapy, we specialise in helping couples find connection again by working on both the relationship and personal growth. Our sessions are designed to rediscover the love that brought you together, improve communication, and heal early childhood experiences that may impact your relationships. Together, we’ll resolve power struggles and learn to become both friends and lovers again, fostering greater intimacy and understanding. Healing hearts, restoring connections. To start off with we will have a 30 minute consultation to discuss your needs together, then I will see each of you separately (£40 per person) to go over what you would like to achieve then we will work together to work on bringing you back together stronger than you were before. Please not you will be required to work through a work book between sessions to get the best out of these sessions.
