I do not believe that a counsellor can specialise in everything, as it can spread support too thin. Instead, I focus on providing meaningful, tailored support in areas where I have extensive experience and understanding.

My approach is warm, calm and supportive. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable speaking openly without fear of judgement. Every person’s journey is different, which is why sessions are adapted around your personal experiences, needs and goals.

Therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, process difficult experiences and move towards a healthier and more balanced future.

Support for those who have experienced domestic abuse, sexual abuse or past trauma.
 

I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you process difficult experiences, rebuild confidence and move forward at your own pace.

Couples Counselling

Helping couples improve communication, rebuild connection and strengthen understanding.
